The Long Island Business Force stated in August 2009 as an alternative to the closed-industry networng groups.

Statred by Michele Michael and Rick Cashman, the Long Island Business Force's aim is to provide a relaxed networking group without the rigid rules of BNI and LaTip. While other single industry networking organizations charge hundreds of dollars per year, the "Force" only charges $100.00.

When members join, they are treated to a relaxed but dynamic networking atmosphere. We meet on Thursday mornings at the South Bay Diner from 8:00 to 10:00 AM.
